Regular Rate: After August 6th, 2026

Late Rate: After September 10th, 2026

REGISTRATION FEES:

The congress registration fees grant you free access to conferences, symposiums, and workshops (subject to availability). The registration fees include coffee breaks and lunches during the congress as well as the congress bag. Only registrations paid within 7 days of the registration request will be considered.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Any cancellation must be confirmed in writing to the agency MC’Com via the email address contact@mc-com.fr

If the client decides to cancel their participation in the congress, unless the cancellation is due to the organizer, the client will remain liable for the following amounts:

•  50% of the registration fee if canceled before June 22th,  2026.
• 100% of the registration fee from June 23th 1st, 2026. Registrations are non-refundable.
