Dr. Iacopo Romandini

Dr. Iacopo Romandini is an orthopedic surgeon who graduated with honors in Orthopedics and Traumatology, with a focus on knee surgery, sports traumatology, and joint preservation.

He trained at the University of Bologna and the Rizzoli Orthopedic Institute, developing solid expertise in ligament reconstruction, the treatment of meniscal and cartilage injuries, and advanced arthroscopic surgery.

He completed international clinical fellowships at world-renowned centers, including the Clinique de la Sauvegarde in Lyon, France, and the Aspetar Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Hospital in Doha, Qatar, with particular attention to the management of professional athletes.

He is also involved in biological and regenerative therapies and in designing personalized return-to-sport pathways, integrating surgical approaches with regenerative medicine.

Author of numerous scientific publications and speaker at national and international conferences, he is an active member of scientific societies such as SIAGASCOT, ISAKOS, ICRS, and ESSKA.
